The Ohr HaTorah Experience

Relationships are an essential part of the Ohr HaTorah Yeshiva experience. We offer an open-door policy to create an environment which promotes ongoing dialogue and discussion between our students, our faculty and administration. Our students are encouraged to ask questions and our goal is to empower them to find the answers through discourse and text-based study. We understand the importance of communication and the role it plays in building confidence and long-lasting trusting relationships.
As a pro-Israel institution, we encourage our graduates to spend at least one year studying in top-quality Israeli yeshivot before continuing their education in colleges and universities such as Touro College and other qualified institutions of higher education.
Ohr HaTorah Yeshiva is a school designed to develop the next generation of male Orthodox Jewish leaders by molding our students into moral, caring, respectful, well-educated and contributing members of society through the prism of Torah and Halacha. Through a unique balanced blend of quality academics in both Limudei Kodesh and General Studies, we are nurturing future members of the Jewish community who are committed to a life of Torah and Yiddishkeit and are equipped with the skills and confidence to excel in both their personal and professional lives. Our goal is to provide confidence, passion and skills for lifelong learning and the problem-solving tools they will need to succeed as they choose their paths for the future.
As a proud pro-Israel institution, we encourage our graduates to spend at least one year studying in top-quality Israeli Yeshivot before returning and receiving the best college education possible.
Built for the needs of South Florida’s diverse demographics, both of Ashkenazic and Sephardic heritage, our new, warm and inviting environment is a unique and exceptional opportunity in which a young man can grow, learn, and become a ben-Torah, all while receiving a sterling secular education in a safe and wholesome way.
