Aaron Joseph Margolis is a performer, musician, and founder & CEO of ArtsEdBuddy. A passionate educator (FL state-certified in Music and English) with a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration, Margolis has years of experience building successful programs within diverse institutions, including Scheck Hillel Community School (as the J.A.R. Endowed Chair of the Arts), Learning Links School, Friendship Circle Miami, Alper JCC, Miami Beach JCC, Greenfield Day School, Chabad Hebrew School, Toras Emes, LEC Klurman Mesivta, My Yeshiva, Brauser Maimonides Academy, and Rohr Middle School – from the ground up!

As a classically trained lyric baritone, with backgrounds in applied music, theatre, and dance, Margolis has performed many genres and styles domestically and abroad – from opera to musical theatre, chazzanut, and children’s musical entertainment. A student of Tel Aviv Cantorial Institute and Florida International University, he has studied with some of the great musicians, cantors, and performing artists of our time.
Margolis is a leader in using student-centered approaches to improve outcomes for students and schools. His training and experience includes Capturing Kids’ Hearts, Growth Mindset, Mindfulness, Resilience Education, Kagan Cooperative Learning and Structures, Leader in Me (LiM), The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS), and Responsibility-Centered Discipline (RCD).
