Student Trip/Activity Consent I herby give consent for my sonof Grade to participate in, and attend, school activities (including but not limited to Layl Iyun, Shabbatonim, orientation and spring trips, class trips, Lag B’Omer outings, sports programs…) on the school’s grounds or that will take him off school grounds. He has my consent to utilize transportation arranged by the Yeshiva.
